Tras muchos años fuera de casa, Duna vuelve a su pueblo natal para reencontrarse con su padre enfermo. A su llegada se enfrentará con el rechazo y la incomprensión de éste por su transexualidad.
Ella y su orgullo serán más fuertes y luchará por la aceptación de su identidad. El apoyo de su vecina Rosa será uno de los pilares para que Duna siga al lado de su padre.
La protagonista emprenderá una nueva etapa en su vida, volviendo a sus orígenes, aunque su entorno no será favorable. ¿Conseguirá reconciliarse con su pasado y la aceptación de su padre?
